Spruce Grove

Conveniently located close to the Whistler Village and the Nesters shopping complex, Spruce Grove is a small neighbourhood adjacent to Spruce Grove Park, where soccer fields, ball diamonds and a playground can be found. With direct access to the Lost Lake trail system and beaches, Spruce Grove is the heart of Whistler's recreation.

Green Lake Estates/Nicklaus North/Cypress

Set around Whistler's own Nicklaus North Golf Course, designed by the great Jack Nicklaus, and adjacent to Green Lake this neighbourhood is known as Green Lake Estates and Nicklaus North. Cypress Place is tucked away behind the fifth fairway of Nicklaus North Golf Course on a private cul-de-sac with no through access. Lots in this neighbourhood are generally flat, taking advantage of the good sun exposure and beautiful views. Homes vary from multi-million dollar chalets on the edge of Green Lake or one of the famed fairways to townhouses in Englewood Greens and Goldenwood. Nicklaus North offers a private and peaceful retreat.

Alpine Meadows

One of the oldest and largest neighbourhoods in Whistler, and close to Whistler's only secondary school, Alpine Meadows is an established locals favourite. Because of its age, original A-frame cabins are nestled alongside stunning multi-million dollar homes with spectacular views. Meadow Park & Meadow Park Sports Centre are also in this neighbourhood, providing access to recreational activities, such as swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, steam room, fitness classes, squash courts, skating rink, modern fitness facilities, two public tennis courts, a basketball court, outdoor fitness area and ball diamonds. Alpine Cafe & Market are locally owned and have been a long-time favourite among residents. Nestled amongst the trees, Alpine Meadows has a true alpine neighbourhood feel.

Rainbow/Baxter Creek

Being one of the newer neighbourhoods, Rainbow & Baxter creek were well planned prior to development. With interconnecting pathways, bike trails and designated parks, Rainbow has been built with families in mind. Rainbow has it's own waste recycling centre and the new Rainbow Plaza provides residents with a cafe, liquor store, grocery store and Green Lake Station (a hidden gem of Whistler)! A variety of chalets, townhouses and condos make up this neighbourhood.

Located above Rainbow, Baxter Creek offers a variety of custom single-family homes and townhouses, all with access to the community building, hot tub and swimming pool.

Brilliant sun exposure and some of the best views Whistler has to offer, overlooking Green Lake and a variety of local mountains including Armchair Glacier, Wedgemount, Whistler and Blackcomb, make Rainbow and Baxter Creek one of the nicest neighbourhoods to live in.

Emerald Estates

Being north of the established neighbourhoods of Whistler has allowed Emerald to remain quiet and peaceful. Set on either side of Highway 99, Emerald offers serene mountainside chalets as well as sprawling lakeside properties with private docks and spectacular views of Armchair Glacier and Wedgemount. With the development of Rainbow Plaza, residents are now just 5 minutes away from basic amenities. The only boat ramp access to Green Lake, Emerald Estates opens up a new playground for residents.

WedgeWoods

Enjoying the year-round sun and taking advantage of a terraced mountain valley, WedgeWoods offers acreage properties in a private wilderness at the best of Wedgemount. Just a short 12-minute drive north of Whistler Village, WedgeWoods offers easy access to all of the amenities and alpine adventures that have made Whistler so famous, without the traffic.
