Alta Vista

Situated between Whistler Creek and Whistler Village, the Valley Trail system connects Alta Vista to the best of both worlds. With close proximity to Alta Lake and Lakeside Park, this recently re-discovered neighbourhood has seen many of the older chalets renovated or replaced altogether. Along with townhome opportunities and stunning lakefront properties, Alta Vista is on the rise.

Brio

Just a 5-minute walk south of the village, Brio is close enough to the action but still has a quiet family neighbourhood feeling. Chalets and duplexes originally built in the 70's add character to this neighbourhood while the luxury private residences of Sunridge Plateau remind you of how diverse Whistler is. After a long day on the mountain, home is just a 5-minute walk away.

Blueberry Hill

Offering some of the best views in all of Whistler, Blueberry Hill has long been one of the most sought after addresses in town. Set on the hill above the Whistler Golf Course, Blueberry is renowned for its sun exposure and spectacular mountain views. Townhouse and condo complexes provide a variety of more affordable options, while multi-million dollar chalets fill every desire.

Whistler Cay

Directly across Highway 99 from the Whistler Village and adjacent to the Nesters shopping complex, Whistler Cay is extremely well-positioned. Home to Myrtle Phillip Elementary School and community sports fields, this community is attractive for young families. The Valley Trail offers easy access to lakes, parks and golf courses. The location and amenities of this neighbourhood often result in higher priced homes, however, townhouse complexes in this neighbourhood are variably priced.

Nesters

A small neighbourhood conveniently located just a short walk away from Whistler Village, Nesters has a variety of newer and older homes. The Nesters shopping centre has a variety of services, including a barber, sushi restaurant, supermarket, liquor store and the Re/Max Sea to Sky Real Estate office. An eclectic mix of new and old houses provides a unique character to one of Whistler's smallest neighbourhoods.
