Home sales in SQUAMISH saw a typical summer decline in the number of transactions and the total dollar volume in July. Despite those numbers, the average sales prices for all housing types continued to rise (the median price of July’s single family home sales was $949,000.)  Sales of attached properties stayed relatively consistent with June’s numbers: 26 townhome sales with an average sale price of $633k, and 16 condo sales with an average sale price of $455k.
