VANOC is sending 80 members to the Olympic Winter games, 25 to the Paralympic Winter Games and 16 to work directly for the Torino Organizing Committee on secondments including 2 RMOW (Resort Municipality of Whistler) staff.
Representatives from other Olympic partners - The City of Vancouver, the provincial and federal governments are also participating, along with staff from Tourism Whistler and Whistler Blackcomb. Tourism Whistler members will be staffing BC/Canada House.
